What is your warranty/guarantee policy?

Our products come with the manufacturers warranty. The mechanism carries a 10 year prorated warranty. All cabinetry is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year. A copy of this warranty is included with every Wallbed.

Can I get wood color samples?

Unfortunately we don't mail out samples. We have made every effort to accurately display the wood colors available for each wood species in all styles. However, due to differences in monitors, actual colors may vary slightly.

Do you send out brochures?

What is your cancellation policy?

You have 7 days from the day the order is placed to cancel without consequence. If you cancel after the 7 days and the order is already in production or has been shipped you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee. These charges are deducted from your refund.

How long does it take to get my bed?

All Modern Wallbeds are custom made to order. Please allow 5-7 weeks for delivery.

How does it get delivered?

All of our beds and cabinets ship via common carrier as our standard delivery method. These companies provide delivery of your furniture to the street level of your residence. A call will be made to your designated phone number to schedule a time for delivery.

What is your return policy?

All returns must be approved and requested within 7 days of receipt of delivery. A Return Authorization Code (RAC) will be assigned.

Damage: If there is damage to the carton, you need to note this on the delivery receipt. Do not refuse shipment. This does not mean there is damage to the contents. If it turns out there is damage to the contents, making note of damage to the packaging makes filing a claim easier. Click here for more information on receiving your shipment and filing claims.

How do I order and what payment types are accepted?

We want you to place your order however you feel most comfortable. You can order online using our secure ordering system. Or you can mail or fax your order to us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Checks, Cashiers Checks, and Money Orders.

Is there a discount for unfinished?

The unfinished products require special handling at the factory, so unfortunately there is no discount.
