Modern
Wallbeds offers a 7 Day - Risk Free period. If you decide
that what you ordered is not for you within the first 7 days,
we will refund any deposit and all shipping charges. It's
that simple.
Your Wallbed
is custom-built to order. After the first seven days your
order is already in production and should you cancel after
that time you are subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of
the cost of the product. This is to offset the costs of order processing, production
and/or shipping.

We at
Modern Wallbeds want you to be truly happy with your new furniture.
Keep your Wallbed for 30 days after you receive it and if
you are dissatisfied for any reason, just let
us know. We will be happy to issue a refund for the furniture
you ordered.
If you
decide to return your furniture, please contact our customer
service department within 30 days of the original delivery
date to arrange to have your furniture picked up. We cannot
refund the original freight charges, if any, and there will
be an additional $75 charge per item for return shipment.
All pieces must be in it's original packaging. No refunds
or credits will be given beyond 30 days.
Delivery
Your Wallbed
and accessories will be carefully packaged and shipped direct
to you from the manufacturer. The Wallbeds are shipped in
two cartons and require minimal assembly.
All side storage cabinets are shipped completely assembled.
Due to their size and weight all Modern Wallbeds' products
ship via common carrier. These freight companies provide delivery
to the ground level of your residence. Transit time is 2-10
days depending on your location. Deliveries are made between
the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and you will receive a
call from the freight company to schedule a time. For information

If you
are not home at the scheduled time, they cannot leave your
furniture and additional delivery charges may apply. If you
fail to take delivery within 5 days, warehousing charges will
apply.
Delivery
dates are approximate as quoted by our vendors and cannot
be guaranteed. Modern Wallbeds assumes no liability for delayed
shipments outside our control. In the future we will be incorporating
an automatic tracking system into our website. But for now
Modern Wallbeds monitors all shipments and will contact you
with any information on delays, etc...
Payment
We offer
several convenient ways for you to pay. Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, Check, Money Order, or Cashiers check.
When
you order your furniture a 50% deposit is required. If you
pay by personal check, your order will not be processed until
the check has cleared the bank and your furniture will not
be released for shipment until your final payment check has

If you
pay by credit card, our shopping cart software will process
the order at full price. Your credit card is not charged in
real-time on our website. Your card will only be charged for
50% of the purchase price when your order is processed by
us.
As your
delivery date approaches, we will email you with a notification
for final payment. This payment will be collected using the
same method as your original deposit unless prior arrangements
were made. Please contact customer
service with any questions regarding payment.

Confirmation
Once your
order is received it is reviewed for accuracy and confirmed
with the manufacturer. In rare cases where the manufacturer
notifies us of changes in their production schedule, you will
be notified right away. Modern Wallbeds assumes no responsibility
for such changes outside our control.

Warranty
All our
products come with the manufacturers warranty. The mechanism
carries a 10 year pro-rated warranty. All cabinetry is guaranteed
against defects in materials and workmanship for a period
of one year. A copy of this warranty is included with every
Wallbed.
